UK-Made ATEX Zone 1 Fans: Reliable and Performance-Tested for the USA

Something special for you this week. These fans have been made in our UK factory in Yorkshire and destined for the USA. The fans are designed to ATEX directive Zone 1, 2G IIB T4 and manufactured from 304SS.

The fans are fitted with Carter mechanical seals with a thermosiphon supply system complete with monitoring equipment. The bearing unit is our mono block bearing unit fitted with SKF sealed for life bearings.

The fan case is gas tight and is designed and tested to 11Bar, prior to despatch the fan had a 8 hour run test with temperature and vibration measurements being recorded every 30 minutes.
