Custom Plug Fans for Thermal Oxidisation in Asia
Recently, our team at Halifax Fan China designed and manufactured custom plug fans for a thermal oxidisation system in Asia. These fans play a crucial role in the recirculation process, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of the system. Although Halifax Fan Ltd offers directly driven plug fans capable of handling temperatures up to 380°C, the end customer specified a belt-driven solution for this project, with a design temperature of 300°C.
Superior Materials and Advanced Monitoring
To ensure durability and reliability, all gas contact parts of the fans are constructed from 304 stainless steel. Additionally, the bearings and motors are equipped with sensors for both temperature and vibration monitoring. These sensors will be seamlessly integrated into the customer’s SCADA system, allowing for real-time monitoring and control.
