Halifax Fan Group, UK. This picture show on site installation of our fans at Europe’s largest poultry litter fuelled power station in East Anglia in the UK, as well as creating energy from the chicken litter the power station then sells the ash to the agricultural industry as fertiliser, a real environmental win.
The fans themselves are 75” coupling driven fans via our mono block bearing unit, complete with inlet guide vane and inlet box, particularly important on this installation was delivery and we managed to manufacture these relatively large fans within a 4 week window.
The mono block bearing increases reliability and is particularly good for end users maintaining up time and stopping the production management getting into a flap. (More Chicken humour)
The fans were selected and designed following our visit to make a performance test of the existing fans, allowing us to select fans correctly for the project, giving the end user exactly what they need, again no wasted energy.
