400°C fan, Shenzhen to USA

Halifax Fan China, Shenzhen

This high pressure, high temperature fan, rated to 400 °C (752 °F), was designed and manufactured at our Shenzhen plant in China.

Built for a Scandinavian customer but destined for the USA, it is fitted with an Inconel impeller and painted with a C4 finish.

The fan is driven by a 75 kW two pole motor. Temperature and vibration sensors on the mono block bearing communicate via HART.

The fan is clad for temperature safety and acoustic suppression, and the motor has a separate acoustic hood, so we meet the customer’s noise requirements.
