This exhaust gas fan is one of eight in the processing for a spray dryer dairy application in Malaysia, the flexibles are transparent and manufactured in TPU. The fan is also fitted with three spray nozzles for the CIP system.
The fan is manufactured in 316L stainless steel and internally the fan is polished to ensure there are no cavities where contamination can develop.
The fan is driven by a 75kW motor via a coupling and bearing unit.
