We are delighted to welcome Jemma Green as a Project Manager to the UK headquarters in Brighouse. Jemma brings a wealth of experience across retail, operations, and engagement — including UK and international projects with Asda-Walmart in Bentonville, Arkansas, and sourcing trips to Shenzhen during her time in Buying & Trading for Asda’s Home & Leisure ranges.
Jemma’s career has spanned a wide variety of roles in Property, Construction & Design, Trading, Merchandising, Store Management, Operations, HR, Audit, and Compliance — giving her a truly holistic view of business and people.
Outside the office, Jemma is also a creative force and avid social media influencer, offering a fresh and engaging perspective on everything from the shop floor to project delivery. She wholeheartedly describes the factory team as “seriously skilled and creative masters of their trade, who problem solve every single day.”
Her philosophy is simple: create connections — with people, through the company — often sparked by a good laugh and genuine, personal interaction. It’s this approach that builds the strongest bridges.
