High Pressure Fans – Increased Efficiency, Custom Design Fit and Commissioning Support

Delivered this week, two combustion air fans. They are for a reheat furnace customer in the UK steel industry. The 76.5” high pressure fans are replacing another manufacturers who have come to the end of their days.

These replacement fans are higher efficiency. They allow the customer to still use the existing 600kW motors they have. They now also have the ability to increase the air volume from the original design.

With our custom design the fans were engineered to fit exactly into the fittings and centre lines of the previous equipment.

The install and commissioning team were also on site to supervise the installation.
