Halifax Fan Group, Nantong, China. A super sludge incineration application for Singapore, with a wide variation of interesting fans. From relatively small exhaust 60cm diameter fans at 4kW through to medium voltage 255cm impellers with 710kW ID fans between bearings with the option of a back up motor. (160kW)
The fans were made from a mixture of mild steel and stainless 316 depending on their function in the process, most of the fans used our mono block bearing unit for extended life and efficiency.
All these fans were run and performance tested prior to shipping to Singapore. This was a really interesting project, heavily specified but rewarding.
