Two 56” Forced Draft fans for a boiler application in Brazil. These form part of a larger project heading from our Shenzhen facility to Brazil. Motors will be fitted at location.

We used a spare motor to do full run and performance testing prior to despatch. We also have a super sales and service partner in Brazil ready to assist as required – Marcos Benedito at MaxVent.

We see less and less belt drive fans being supplied in recent years, with the increased use of VSD and focus on energy savings belt drives are less common, the benefit of less maintenance is also a key factor. Frequently our team attend sites where belts are poorly aligned and tensioned, wasting energy and ready to fail.
