Strengthening our customer focus – Yelena Staff joins the team

We delighted to announce that Yelena has stepped into the new full time role of the Global Sales Support and Marketing Manager, building on the extensive part time contributions she has made to the company since 2018 in marketing.

Having previously owned and run her own sales and marketing business, Yelena brings a unique combination of entrepreneurial thinking and digital media expertise. Her key talents are – understanding what customers need, knowing how to communicate to them, linking up technical and commercial teams, and spotting opportunities across diverse workplaces and markets.

“Yelena and I will work closely together on developing and implementing global and regional marketing strategies,” said Krista Krouse, Global Group Sales Director. “Yelena will support the sales team execution of our strategies, lead management, and sales processes globally.”
