Wayne McKenna appointed UK Compliance Director

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Wayne McKenna to UK Compliance Director.

Wayne’s 28 year career with Halifax Fan Group is a remarkable journey of a true FAN:gineer from apprentice fabricator on our shop floor to supporting customers with complex engineering solutions for over two decades as a technical sales. Never one to shy away from a challenge, Wayne has most recently taken the lead on our Quality Governance initiatives.

In his new role as UK Compliance Director, Wayne will oversee the continued development of our quality governance framework, ensuring our systems remain robust and fully aligned with global best practices. His deep knowledge of our products, people and processes — combined with his hands-on engineering background — uniquely equips him to bridge departments, simplify complex challenges, and deliver practical improvements that benefit both our teams and our customers.
