Making fans from practically any metal is one of our strengths, come and test our mettle at Halifax Fan.
Part of the contract for a leading German Chemical giant was to carry out noise testing on the fans we designed and manufactured for them,
We are pleased to say we pass them all without any non conformities, a few good observations by the BSI team.
The fans are made with 304SS with a bead blast finish, all fans are run tested with a 115% overspeed test as well as witnessed performance testing to ISO5801.
Before shipping, the fans underwent testing to evaluate their performance, noise levels, and endurance
Total efficiency rate is at impressive 84%.
These form part of a larger project heading from our Shenzhen facility to Brazil. Motors will be fitted at location.
All the fans are fitted with a butterfly damper, hand operated as per our customer specification.
