We are massive fans of Britain’s nuclear future at Halifax Fan – especially our high specification axial and centrifugal ones which help fuse it all together.

What an inspiring day, all about the future of nuclear power in the UK.

A few themes really stood out: modular manufacturing, scalable systems, and the huge potential of digital innovation. But beyond the technology, it was clear that people and strong collaboration are what Britain does best in this sector.

This doesn’t feel like another false start for nuclear or for the country. The mission is clear, delivering gigawatts into service as a genuine national endeavour. With a solid global supply chain, a shift from project to production, and exciting opportunities in related industries, it genuinely feels like the most promising time the sector has seen in decades. Thank you to the organisers the Manufacturing Technology Centre and the team Andy, Colleen, Rachel.
