Brighouse, United Kingdom. This fan, for Glosfume, is going to Indianapolis USA. It is an Induced draught fan for a high temp (400°c/752°f) ceramic filter system. It will be situated in a noise sensitive area and so has acoustic treatments to reduce the noise from the fan to 70 dba at the plant boundary.
Fan is 36” CNZ, No.8 arrangement. Running 3555rpm with a 60hp motor. Stainless steel 304 casing with a 690 material high strength impeller. The fan has thermal lagging to bring the touch temperatures down to safe levels.
