We’re proud to share a recent milestone in the successful delivery of 6 x cooling air fan skids for a major combined cycle power block in Saudi Arabia.
This project forms part of a combined cycle power block arranged in a 3x3x2 configuration with an air cooled condenser (ACC). Each block is designed to deliver up to 1980 MW (gas fired) at reference site conditions, representing a significant contribution to high efficiency power generation in the region.
Each plug and play skid package was engineered to the highest standards and included:
- High performance centrifugal fans with inlet silencers
- Integrated sand traps, pipework, and dampers on a custom skid
- Fully assembled and tested for seamless onsite installation
Secured by Halifax Fan UK and manufactured by Halifax Fan China. This collaboration showcases the strength of our global footprint, combining UK engineering expertise with cost effective experienced manufacturing.
